In a French country setting, with a song of Edith Piaf in the background, surrounded by the irresistible aroma of the fresh baked bread you feel transported in Stan's Family Normandy Manor and appreciate the authentic taste of French cuisine.
At 7:00 am (8:00 on Sunday) La Chatelaine opens its doors to offer you fresh baked croissants, beignets or bread and its variety of coffees, teas or juices. You can also choose eggs with roasted potatoes and bacon or sausages, or specialty omelettes, as well as quiches and fresh fruits.
At 10:30 am, we present you the lunch which includes salads, soups, sandwiches and special lunch entrees. Our special Combo (Caesar salad, hard roll sandwich and cup of soup) is, by far, the most popular in town.
Tea time
Between 2 and 5 p.m., it's the best time to enjoy a good cup of coffee, a hot chocolate or a French pressed tea along with a pastry or a fresh baked croissant.
From 5:00 to 9:00 pm, we offer a full service dinner. Our waiters will be delighted to bring to your table our authentic French country cuisine, including our garnished flat breads (flamekush) and our special pasta dishes. For the perfect accompaniment to your dinner, try one of our fine French wines or handcrafted Belgian beers.
